Thank you so much for this link. It is I have been saying all along. Givot is not gone at all and now I know a little more of why the license was pulled. It is in appeal as well.

So is ZN insolvent, or not? How else can they explain waiting 6 weeks without a word about their latest capital raising attempt?

No and I think far from it as things look. Would I buy it right now? No....as I have said until they say something about the status of OUR company (Shareholders) I am staying put.

Interesting, maybe to some, but what does this news item have to do with Zion Oil and Gas?

Really? That is quite funny. Why would it make a difference? The two are related. Tell you what, look use your Google Foo skills and you can directly see why this matters.

There was chatter of someone getting involved with Zion, someone with cash upfront, not a buyout but a venture capital thing that could afford to do the technology to get the oil out. Then the attack came, the one we ALL know about. Still it is a long shot for Zion to have an individual investor but these folks play with hundreds of millions of dollars and Zion is only worth $30 mill. This is pocket change.

Ask, why go after the Meged now? Surely many here have said there is NO OIL IN ISRAEL and that ZION Is a scam. Funny how that works as I have said many times, the oil is there just how to get it economically is the real question and maybe Zion is not the one to do that. It does not have the expertise in these matters sadly. That does not make them a scam. Motives are always at play in these matters. Fruits is another way to look at it, what are the fruits? Zion has really had none to date but that does not stop the constant attack, why? You know.

I will put this to bed one final time. Israel has oil and conventional oil at that.



What if they look for a non-conventional source there as well?

But this is not what we are talking about here. Genie, AFEK, Givot, & Zion...see the pattern? Yes these companies just love throwing money away do they not?

Ask which one of the above have a licence to drill?

Why is Givot trying to get that license back? The Meged has no oil if you listen to the noise here!Why did Genie not walk away as planned?
