The company you are referring to was (iSee) and if you read my previous reply to your last question the answer is very apparent.
Brkk bought the rights after iSee was making deals and being broadcast in the NHL.

Moreover, the two patents that BRK Inc. has just purchased from iSeeAutomation Inc. protect the iSEE technology. The initial application of the camera is called the iSEE REFCAM ™. iSEE REFCAM™ is worn by referees during sporting events and enables television viewers to have a referee-eye-view of the action-taking place.
