VERB technology inc. is acquiring soundconcepts for 25MM (1.8X revenues) with a net profit of 600K based on 11 months with a CAGR of 200%.

Mulesoft was bought out by Salesforce for 6BB (7x revenues) with a net loss of 500MM

1 + 1 = 7

Although the purchase is not legally final as we are waiting for the offering to be complete, the owners of SC and the employees already see it as done as employees are already changing their employers to VERB on LinkedIn and the owners are advising shareholders the merger is complete. In addition we already made a joint app!

This merger will also be an easy sales pitch for the next acquisition as Rory alluded to!
