It's to my understanding NS is going to this weeks conference to network and meet with others in the industry in hopes of either buying out,partnering,or getting acquired.
They are not having a booth there,but will be attending the duration of the event dates as a means to network.

I find the timing of the financing agreement to be most revealing especially if they intend to buy out or partner with someone to have such cash on hand to be able to do so, and or if needing to complete phases on their end before being potentially bought out.

This is all speculation. What I have gathered is they are going there for some serious networking with serious people in the industry from all over the world.

This is event is BIG. Actually called the Marriott to see about getting a room and they are SOLD OUT.
