I did find this on S-1 filings ...

The notice of effectiveness is a public declaration by the Securities and Exchange Commission that a public company's registration statement has been accepted. For shares in a public company to trade on the open market they must be registered by the company.

For example - An IPO effect date is 30 days after the filing ...

Not sure how long it will be here as this is not an IPO

On the other hand, It is not a lot of shares in the big scheme of things. Just trying to figure out how the process works for the future.

We will see how long it takes for the SEC to Accept the registration.
