Neither did I.

I am not even sure what stock they gave us in the exchange. It does not say it is XNRGI Class A its XNRGI INC CONTRA.

I am pretty much done with this company. It's a pretty good assumption that this last whizbang chango at the last minute is another less than legal thing they pulled on us shareholders.
