These clowns still refuse to learn about unregistered shares, bogus opinion letters used to bypass the DTCC, how brokerages avoid liability for third part fraud, etc.

That's why Gus keeps reposting the same nonsense that was posted around a decade ago.

They are fishing for info because they think they are going to initiate some lawsuits and make some cash for themselves, when in fact, they can't. Olddouche was recently trying to tell people they need to learn what the Customer Protection Rule is and he thinks it applies to CMKX.
