I dont think the company is currently running anymore so no need to keep paper work current, there is no active income. The only current value it has is its patents. Which there is potentially a massive payout. Billy has common shares like us. Im sure he is more focused on winning the lawsuits, considering he has to pay $5,000,000 to the orginal patent holder and his court fees.
