The reason you cant put a survival rate out is simple they are still swimming around in the tank! How do you put out info that is not yet completed. I think by leaving the shrimp in the tank shows how smart they are they can bring potential clients to the facility and show them what's growing dip a few out and have a bowl of ceviche or a few shrimp cocktails. Then walk them over to the other said and show them a tank full of salmon or baramundie. PATIENCE it's like we are dealing with a bunch of kids here I want it now now now chill out or sell and get out.
