the OTC is NRs' playground with little to no oversight and Self Regulating *entities* reporting *activity*

who the hell thought that one up .. *rhetorical*

NR initially will work cycles of money on any targeted *equity* .. until they *cant*

P2O via PTOI was no exception .. as was noted via the now statistically irrelevant (volume/pps) *first effort* of December 2009

after numerous cycles of money are executed by NR (2009 - 2013) and NR goes upside down due to *non sells*
kill order is usually given .. in turn the PPS is relentlessly compressed and most OTC *investors*
sell first and ask ?s second .. especially when *aligned* with colluding efforts (hit pieces/MMs' brought in as decoys) yada yada

that didn't happen with many P2O investors (reasons previously noted remain today) ..

actual P2O investors

which is why as of today P2O has outlasted NR (non retail) .. and it's getting *interesting* again
.. not the least of which is because P2O (company) has their annual due to be filed next month

for the most part *imo* .. only *volume* now that matters is what has come to pass since 2013

hence the noting of washed YTD *volume* .. and significant decrease YOY re: YTD *volume*
each subsequent year .. until 2018/2017's *washed* 13M~ and change

when actual investors sell .. *volume* increases while NR sorts out years of *dug holes* .. that is why
the volume on the 29th of January caused such a stir .. there was no *known* reason for it (and the overkill
on the run to reset was just that .. 055 would have worked) ..

but more interesting (albeit perhaps just to me) is it changed out prior years' consistency (patterns) ..
and of course original NR entity embedded since 2009/2010 .. imo isn't directing *efforts* this *round*

which begs the ? .. who is?

btw .. and as is also known *here* .. one doesn't *lose* .. or *gain* .. unless one actually sells

which brings me back full circle to NRs' incredible *issue* .. if or when P2O executes

should be an interesting month en route
