reminder when NR (non retail) isn't significantly upside down on an OTC target
that legit sells @ the ask tend not to be *marked* re: DRS %s
that they do get *marked* .. significantly is an issue for NR (non retail) ..
but seeing bids (longs' buys) with known time stamps be *marked* .. is an even more significant issue for NR

again it's the OTC and NR just creates another hole

way back when (circa Feb 2010) when this link (tasked by the SEC to Finra)
first went live (retroactive to August 2009) .. it would take me about a year to discern
*imo* NRs' comfort level re: %s marked (this is specific to then cycles of money in play by NR on PTOI)
that % was imo 30%~

this is why it was so telling to see tapes of trades .. which comprises of PTOI's *volume*
after P2O (company) was wrested back in mid August 2013

and why knowing there are 1000s of P2O investors (many of whom are early/originals)
who have never sold one share of PTOI

it becomes even more apparent as to what has been done since 2013 by NR (non retail)

reminder .. washed *volume* YTD of 36M~ and change re: PTOI in 2013/2014
reminder .. washed *volume* YTD of 13M~ and change re: PTOI in 2017/2018

reminder .. PTOI (stock) relentlessly compressed and *held* mostly sub 6c since January 2014/mostly sub 5c since October 2014


now there are no guarantees any OTC *target* .. initially worked by NR (non retail) .. will outlast or survive NRs' efforts

but so far P2O has ..

even more angst provoking for NR .. are 5 facts that CANT be ignored to suit

emerging sector in its ascension
current CEO/BoD/Founder actually have skin in the game via PTOI (stock)
P2O (company) has numerous options
global *awareness* re: *plastic* as was noted last month re:

and actual P2O investors .. that number in the 1000s .. many of whom have never sold one PTOI *share*

there is more .. but as was noted previously .. no one here knows what is en route

but it isn't retail that mucks with PTOI .. it's Non Retail .. so the ? some actual P2O investors want the answer to

is why now?

and why after years of established patterns in play by NR .. the change out for this last round?
