Yes. I've seen that.
The contract was not fulfilled.
Entering into a contract to purchase and contract fulfilled are two different things.
Evidently that vessel did not pass inspection.
I don't know of any plans to enter into another contract at this time.
If asked, Bertsos will probably say he "plans" on adding another vessel...
