Releasing the pertinent info that they passed the TPWD inspection, and that the water levels remained stable, was smart.

Creating crazy buying in here with specific numbers would have destabilized the stock at this point.

They know what they're doing.

Rather have a rise that gets above 1 and stays there than meteoric and then everyone abandoning the company at this stage.
