I don't know. I consider that highly unlikely timing.

I see one of 3 things today. With a 20% chance of it being the 1st and 70% the second, or 10% it is the 3rd

1 - Report is released premarket and Peter does what he said they would do.
People trade the news as they see fit

2 - No report premarket, stock gets totally destroyed all day. Pathetic excuse PR comes out after close or an even more pathetic facebook excuse from Petrer. Stock continues to have trouble in the future because of this. It will always be a dark cloud and reminder that sHMP cannot be trusted to do as they say. Like most OTC stocks

3 - Report released after close but before midnight Eastern time.
