Probably because 31 million was just a bogus number the scammers came up with to draw buying interest of the LPPI stock at the time...that is what the so called settlement was about IMO...they did not want it to get too serious by actually taking it to court...they just wanted to act like they were going to court...two parties working together could pull a fraudulent court case such as that and IMO...they did just that.

Speaking of the settlement, if I would have known JN would take this long to get Leep moving I would have wanted him to go for the entire $31 million.
