I think I heard the home in Carolina was not finished because the owner passed away and his wife or his kids did not want to finish it.

If you or Hot Dawg or Ed/me3 can fill me in as to them "practically throwing cash at this company for product" with zero results. Did they have the site ready to go, permits ect? Did they have an architect who had their buildings engineered so the project could begin? Or were they in the just kicking the tires mode at that time? Please fill me in.

Speaking of the settlement, if I would have known JN would take this long to get Leep moving I would have wanted him to go for the entire $31 million. I thought it was a good idea to settle with less money so we didn't spend three or four years in the courts and appeals. I thought we had the military interested in the product. Thats why OVC went after us. How in the hell does JN lose the interest of the military?
