Thats what I have as a description on the first line of the reorganization. Now we just have to see what they say in the letter about a merger.

In the NV SOS registered Corporation they just changed the name.

Did they merge this with the New Jersey LLC ?

As they say in the farm belt. I AM CORNFUSED :(
