Moving forward with a plan means a company is committed to and carrying out the plan previously specified-that they have not changed to a different course of action-that they are staying the course.

Something else which has always been ignored is that except for some bonds ZN is debt free-which is rare for a company-and whenever i've looked at their current ratio it has been positive-that does not happen by accident
many companies at this pps have no plan,no assets-no foreseeble way to acquire assets or income.
And many companies at this pps have horrible current ratios(comparing current assets to current liabilities)
one company i looked at had 50 million debt and only 5k assets.
i was just looking at another oil co -which had ca 25 mil operating revenue last period but 20 million of interest on almost 1 billion of debt
zn can look and move forward bc they make a plan,then finance the plan,then execute the plan. If that sounds simple it is not-many companies are not able to do so.
They have the license etc and good relations with israel and a quality team which uses geophysics to explore- thats the very reason they are adding the 3d.
