Well, it's possible that the FDA has an issue with BIEL, of some type. Maybe it's because of BIEL's unfavorable past relationship relative to the SEC. Or, maybe there is influence from lobbyists of Big Pharm that's in play here. Not Sure! But what is for certain, if the FDA desired to squeeze an under funded company dry with delay after delay, oh yes, they could go a long way in doing so. That's all I'm saying. All JMO Of Course!!

P.S. However, with the present up swing, as per the PPS, maybe my assumption stated above is a moot point. Well, let's all hope so! Huh!!
