crtg.. Ted that's not the way I Understand it! There are 14 Patents/Patent pending products along the CHS line which the research team at NDSU developed, with maybe some collaboration by others, I don't know, but the Patents belong to NDSU as far as I am concerned!

The agreement you are talking about had to do with CORETEC GROUP to develop and commercialize the Product, so the reference to NDSU having nothing to do with patenting the CHS has to be wrong!! CRTG had to deal with the Inventors/Patent holders in order to make an agreement like that!

It is a common practice to deal with Research facilities at Colleges or Universities to seek Business partners to further the development of their Patented products! It happens all the time! Case in Point is the Los Alamos research Center in New Mexico, though not a University as such, who contracted out a specific product associated with the Product (Something? Printing, I forgot the term,) Printing Reproductive system to Sigma Labs for a period of time, to be then discussed for an extended period of time if the product is handled according to the terms in the contract?

As I understand it, NDSU has quite a research team? Just look it up and you will see faces and names who work in that Department? I saw them for myself when trying to reach the right person who handled Contract development, who by the way either lost her job or went on to another job! The last time I looked, the spot was still open!!
