This stock at best might average 5000 shares a day-------which is insignificant when the share price is around a penny. No technical analysis can be achieved. Any order for 100,000 shares on the buy side or offer could cause a wild move........which would really tell you nothing.

I agree with you on all the technical tools used but an assumption has to be made that the security is liquid
and has enough average daily volume to make technical determinations.
