Exactly right. Its that simple. The only question people should ask themselves is whether or not they have confidence in the case we have against the MSOs. They are barely surviving right now clutching onto those 8 claims in the Cisco decision which look likely to be reviewed by the PTAB and everyone has agreed that our argument against their baseless claims has the upper hand in a review. They will be batting 0 for if they lose those claims. And thats a big danger zone for a potential multi billion dollar case going to trial with nothing left in their arsenal.

I think it could potentially create a squeeze going into March 11th people trying to get the shares they were planning on picking up and everyone knowing its their last possible chance to acquire shares. Yesterday's volume and price action afted Renee's post breaking the news shows a lot in my opinion if the potential squeeze for shares. By the way this group of people we have here are very sound individuals who seem very intelligent and know what this case has in potential so the float has been pretty locked up. But there Will be some available shares because of nervous nellies. Time Will tell. We all have to make big decisions in our lives - its those who got it right that tend to have the edge in success in life. Were not sure who Will be right yet - but we have a whole lot of pacer reports showing the weaknesses on the opposite side and the strength on our side.
