Geez! You guys are still waiting on the “initial payout” that was to occur within “90 days” of closing?
That’s FUNNY!
I figured you would be waiting on the wind up of the 3M in escrow by now.

I can’t wait to see if the HUGE payout lives up to the HYPE...
I still think it will be substantially LESS than predicted.

I think they will find a way to siphon everything off and leave the shareholders with crumbs....
They basically told you this from the beginning...
“Given cash needed for the aforementioned expenses and contingencies, total proceeds paid out to shareholders are expected to be significantly less than the gross purchase price.”

Key word is SIGNIFICANTLY.
