as has been posted several times before, zn is proceeding with the 3d survey plan outlined in the Nov 29 communication below:

last year ZN posted its 10k Mar 12- so if ZN is as early this year as last in posting their 10k it will be just ca 2 weeks more before we hear more

remember that, during opposition such as zn has experienced, most lawyers issue gag orders plus zn knows they are carefully being watched-all reasons why they are more reticent to communicate with us outside PR's and required disclosures.

i myself am a fighter -had to be to avoid being sucked up by the cult i grew up in by birth and save lives and in my experience when you stop fighting you give up
some with different experiences can put too much emphasis on turn the other cheek
but the fighting zn is doing, as far as i know, is behind doors with lawyers(as is clear from the 10q)-the hitmen of choice of todays world(and i realize i may not be privy to all the issues of fighting surrounding zn-sounds like i am not)
