I recieved this message this evening from e-trade. They state that they are restricting trading of HVLN.

Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your shares of Harvard Learning Centers Inc (HVLN).

We have confirmed with the order room that we will hold off trading on HVLN because there is currently no market for it. We are also waiting on specific information in regards to the merger between AWYB and HVLN. Until Corporate Actions and our Trading team are satisfied with the completeness and validity of the announcement, trading on HVLN is restricted.
