Don’t agree. There might be some therotical weakness in their patient, in other words, their patent is not 100% perfect. But this does not mean the paten is invalid. It only makes it harder for them to protect the patent.

Have you read the circuit court announcement? It only affirmed the decision of local court, nothing else. You over interpreted the court decision.
