Re maga gold merger Barrick/Newmont escalation and timing?

If If If Barrick can be nailed to the fraud cross in Chile this would be a rather negative deal for any shareholders of Newmont to be interested in stock deal merger.

Bristow was in Chile recently likely making a deal with the Chileans to keep all quiet for undisclosed considerations through Luksic.

The news from Chile on the Pascua Lama fraud be will out at some time soon and the push on Newmont may have some bearing as to timing.
If we are planning some sort of Public Sortie in Canadian legal actions now would be the time.

Also PDAC next month in Toronto would be abuzz with this news.
