According to sleddog SFOR is not going to do business with govt directly, and the company expect to provide keylogging defense to Mcafee who is working on govt contract already. From his posts, it seems Mcafee has several options: SA, SFOR, G(something, I forget the name). If SFOR won the infringing law suits against the other 2 companies, Mcafee will only have one option: SFOR. He said Mcafee believe the other 2 are infringers, and will not pick them. I don't think so. I guess Mcafee is still waiting to see the result of lawsuits. Whether they are infringers or not, it is up to judges, not Mcafee, not SFOR's attorneys either. If SFOR's attorneys cannot reverse the decision of local and circuit courts, they will lose not just the lawsuit, but also the Mcafee contract as well, unless SFOR already signed the key logger defense contract with Mcafee.

The above is just my guessing. I don't know whether SFOR already signed a contract with Mcafee or not.
