Irrelevant of all of that though, ... The good news is, ...

the Approved Order Docket # 12585’ is in place ... the Order being dated February 1st, and the 21 Day Stay was allowed to be applied by the Judge in lieu of the 14 day standard, if there was a consideration of ... “acceptable negligence” ... and midnight in Delaware on the 22nd of February is now thankfully behind us ...

Next up in the process is the employee claimant “Disallowance” and “Elimination” maintenance to the Docket, ordered to be done by KCC, and then the WMI-LT’s ... RE-Distribution of the Cash and LTI’s originally withheld from distributions in the DCR ...
