I assume you are talking about the reason she resigned from the BOD (she can not be fired)?

I will go with a simpler explanation. Many have asserted that she was always nothing more than a "pay to play" conduit into the swamp.

When LP told the directors that they would not be paid, SB saw no reason to continue on.

According to my highly reliable source, Secret Squirrel, upon hearing the pay decision by LP, SB replied:

"And exactly what part of PAY to Play do you not fucking understand".
