I understand that OTCMarkets reflects 151M unrestricted(float) as of Feb 1 2019, but did the 185,842,273 common shares returned back to the treasury last Wednesday effect the share structure at all? Could some of those shares come from part of the float or outstanding share count? Not super familiar with share structure and how it works with retiring shares.
