I read a tweet from Joe Lowry today. On ALB earnings transcript, about rainfall in the Salar de Atacama. So I looked up the transcript. "significant rain event in the Salar de Atacama in January and February of this year that will cost us about 3,000 metric tons of production in 2019, all of which will occur in the first half. La Negra III and IV, which will increase lithium carbonate capacity in Chile to a total of 85,000 metric tons, remains on track to begin commissioning in 2020."

Another reason to use IBAT technology.
