Perhaps you are trying to get back in at a lower price. If you are not holding any shares you certainly are harping over and over on your viewpoint that something is wrong. There is another view: many longs here believe that GTE would not dare fail to pr a real bk filing of a subdivision which allegedly occurred on November 3rd, especially given the current state of affairs and that, in fact, GTEM addressed this very issue in the nr the other day, which stated Klaus Bonn had been replaced PRIOR to that filing.
Also, longs here have spoken with Bleckman and reported, entirely consistent with the nr which contained no discussion of any bk and did not need to if it was bogus, that Klaus had filed it AFTER he was fired, in an act of revenge.
It's well past the date that any material event such as this would be required to be filed under the SEC rules. Surely, you don't think GTE would flout any SEC rules at this point in time? Your continued suggestion, even insistence, that the opposite could be the case appears odd, IMO.
