That is what it looks like.

It appears that they took the difference between the bid and the ask on the last day.

Looks like the class A will be valued at $1.80/sh. No premium here.

Typical NEAH behavior.

I guess we will have to wait for the other shoe to drop. Lets hope they don't take another 3 months for the next step.
