01/31/2019 340 ORAL ORDER: The parties have advised that a dispute has arisen requiring judicial attention. I do not know for sure but it is in the same time frame as Exhibit B of doc 348 (today's filing) - the chain of emails between the 2 parties. Last date of email is 1/28 and 340 oral order was filed on 1/31 so I am guessing it is the same dispute.
