SHARE THE PROFITS - VIA ANNUAL SPECIAL DIVIDENDs

I have stated that share buy backs are eroded by market action - lete alone the market makers and shorts

I have on several occasions suggested a special dividend to shareholder.

the special dividend can be a percentage of profits, ratio of insider bonuses, a flat special dividend, or a combination of all of the above.

AND, IF IT WERE AN ANNUAL SPECIAL DIVIDEND, it would generate more individual shareholder interest in buying and holding shares.

It would be an additional amount to institutional holders and funds holding IDCC shares.

AND THE BEST PART OF AN ANNUAL SPECIAL DIVIDEND, everyine holding shares would benefit -- from top executives, shareholders, fund holders, and employees of IDCC who hold shares, including directors, officers, engineers, back office help, and yes, even the maintenance employees.

Come on BoD and Executives and bosses, become creative and generate some long term buy and hold attitudes of IDCC shareholders.
