Wasn’t it pretty much because they issued a lot of shares to make acquisitions?

But is that a bad thing? Their loses that were reported in the past earnings report can be primarily attributed to acquisitions too. So with the increase in production capacity AND their inevitable entry into the US hemp market (still pending announcement) AND already expanding international presence, why would you think the share price would remain so low or continue sliding?
