The SEC hasn't suspended EGOH (yet) … so, that's a good sign.

Although I'm no expert, I was in a .0001 stock that looked like it was about to come alive, and on the day of a seriously 'positive' press release that probably would have made it clear the triple zeros, the SEC suspended it. After-the-fact proof that the suspension was justified was that the company never arose from its ashes; apparently it was all hype.

Of course, EGOH has been so scammy in the past, the SEC might have taken action at any time -- unless they granted Ken a HUGE amount of slack under the business judgment rule, or else, every proposed thing was SO laughable that the SEC must have felt no one would take it seriously enough to justify the effort of suspending it.

But this merger is an order of magnitude above all of the proposed and failed things that are rotting in EGOH's wake under Ken. For one thing, it doesn't have the utter pall of pathetic, half-assed effort that anything Ken did before with EGOH had. It does look rather real; certainly realer than anything Ken ever did before with EGOH. And this new company did exist more than a day or two before Ken announced the merger. It looks like it has some real-world history.

And then, there are the press releases that are released through real information channels (like the WSJ) that companies that have real money use. If this is a scam, how many more announcements and press releases will it take before the SEC pulls the plug in order to protect the public? And given that people are buying what long-time stuck-holders have been dumping with gratitude, one might wonder why the SEC didn't protect these new 'suckers'?

If the SEC is giving the new EGOH a pass, maybe this thing is really good to go.
