For all those that feel the judges didnt understand the patent ...
You must admit ropes n gray did NOT do their job !!
Its the only excuse for this outcome , i firmly do believe the judge or judges did not quite understand ooba .. they couldnt if they agree with SA theories .. well guess who was responsible for making the judges understand ??
The attorney ?? He didnt even behave as if he knew wtf he was talking bout either lol it was 20 minutes of twilight during those arguments lol. Felt like our attorney didnt stay on the matter which judges questioned but rather spoke as if he wasnt even 100% sure
