Of course it won't be Lopehandia... he's just a self-confessed "simple miner". It will take a paragon of the gold mining industry... a company like Mountainstar Gold Inc.... to engineer, develop, and run an operation like the "New Mina Pascua".

All MSX needs to do is come up with the $1.8 billion plus interest, get half of those authentic ROL numbers in hand, and start some mining!
