Let me make something clear here, regarding my position on BIEL/it's management. I'm a BIEL long and want them to become the very model of success. But, IMO, management has continued to drop the ball, so to speak, time after time. Not Good! They are just not making the grade, as being stewards of this company, IMHO. That's it!!
