That's good dandream. Frizzell wrote TDW compliance 2 letters explaining the task force and that their nobo obo list wasn't reported to ADP. That shareholders were submitting their active TDW statements to the task force as requested. Some shareholders had written the task force that TDW was removing their shares from their accounts as worthless.

Sorry, I can't post it bcuz of the huge legal Confidentiality paragraph TDW inserted on the bottom of their communications. TDW then complied, reinstated the shares and issued certs. Nothing magical happened, there was not a settlement of any kind and the problem was resolved. Frizzell put SEC Leslie Hakala on copy at the bottom of all brokerage communications.
