IMO it is more about what doors open based on different survival rates.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND HARVEST!
SHMP had a goal of trying to keep the Mortality rate low... I believe they would be Happy with a 50-55% survival rate on this exact harvest we are in. The reason was because THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT USE “BIOFLOC”. The original goal was to be as competitive as the Major companies that are barely turning a profit that do use Biofloc only with the F&T system that is More Efficient, Way less harmful to the environment, and Most of All Profitable! Some people are losing focus of the goal they set out...
WE NEED TO BE REALISTIC ON THE HARVEST REPORT!
In remembering the original goal of Mortality! Let’s keep it real, as we know from fact that the Big Major Shrimp Farms use Biofloc and at best have a High mortality rates of near 50% or more! From PL larvae to full grown at harvest.
IF SHMP COMES BACK WITH A SURVIVAL RATE IN THE 50-60% Range they at very Minimum have beaten the Big Farms without using ANY BIOFLOC CHEMICALS!
IF SHMP COMES BACK WITH A SURVIVAL RATE IN THE 60-70% Range they would be considered the LEADERS IN THE AQUACULTURE FARMING INDUSTRY IN SHRIMP and Generating a nice Profit WELL ABOVE ANY OTHER FARMS ABILITY WITH A CLEANER NONCHEMICAL SHRIMP!
IF SHMP COMES BACK WITH A SURVIVAL RATE IN THE 70-85%Range Holding the Patents they do... They will be HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER FOR LICENSING DEALS FOR OTHER FARMS ALREADY IN BUSINESS AND WOULD SEE A HUGE INFLUX OF REVENUE FROM THEM, AS ALL THESE FARMS HAVE TO DO TO MAKE 30-35% GAINS IN THEIR OWN COMPANIES IS TO IMPLEMENT THE NEW F&T SYSTEM! PERSONALLY KEEPING IT REAL I THINK THEY WILL LAND IN THIS RANGE! Why? Because just Farming anything cows, chickens, whatever, animals just Die for whatever reasons Right?
HOWEVER IF SHMP SOMEHOW COMES BACK WITH ANYTHING ABOVE 85% SURVIVAL RATING! WHOEVER OWNS STOCK IN SHMP NOW HOLDS THE GOLDEN TICKETS! JUST ADD UP ALL THE LAST DD AND TIMES IT BY 100 BECAUSE THAT IS UNHEARD OF IN ANY FARMING LET ALONE AQUACULTURE FOR SHRIMP! IMO
SO IS THE HARVEST A BIG DEAL? HAS THE HARVEST REPORT ALREADY BEEN FIGURED INTO FRIDAYS PRICE? ABSOLUTELY NOT, WHY? BECAUSE NO BODY KNOWS WHAT THE REPORT IS! WE CAN ONLY QUESS, SINCE THEY BOUGHT THREE MORE MACHINES! GIVE US AN INDICATION THAT IT WILL BE GOOD!
SHMP LETS KEEP IT REAL 90-100% MIGHT BE IMPOSSIBLE..... BUT MAJOR REVENUE IF THEY HIT ANY OF THESE TARGETS ABOVE!
