For those of you who wake up with your pain back pain...neck...shoulder ect. Make sure you're sleeping in a good neutral position. If you sleep on your side don't have one leg rolled in front of the other...don't sleep in the fetal position..this tightens up all your core muscles and they stay that way all night and won't relax during the day. It might sound simple with what I'm saying here..but it works. I see people who have had pain for 20 yrs and they usually get their life back in a very short time. Anyway..glad to be a part of this stock...I think it has great potential and I wait patiently like the rest of you.
