Andiamo Corp. (ANDI)

There never was a UTOP Ticker Symbol for Andiamo. The whole story is this, Andiamo started the process of changing it's name from Andiamo to Utopya Worldwide Holdings Inc, which would have eventually included changing it's Ticker from ANDI to UTOP. So, the first step was to change their name with the Wyoming Secretary of State of which they did. The second step was to change their name & Ticker with FINRA of which never happened. White becomes the CEO and ANDIAMO becomes more of a holdings company and Andiamo acquires SWS. It wouldn't make sense to continue with changing the Parent Company's name from Andiamo to that of one of it's subsidiaries, Utopya, especially when you consider the fact we now have two subsidiaries, SWS & Utopya IMHO. White stated he would eventually change the name with the Wyoming SOS back to Andiamo of which he just completed. End of Story. Basically, no big deal.
