What now?

Old management attempted to change the name from Andiamo Corporation to

Utopya Worldwide Holdings, Inc., not to Utopya Innovations, which is the name of the subsidiary.

Now remember, when they did this in a Corporate Action, the name and symbol change were rejected by FINRA for whatever reason. So the name of the pubco according to FINRA, the TA, the SEC, OTC Markets, etc., was and always has been Andiamo Corporation – hence no change was ever made in any of those places. Look at the filings which were done during those times after Wyoming was changed and you will see ample evidence of this. The ONLY place their attempted change took effect was Wyoming and that is simply because Wyoming just “lists” things. They are not a regulator or such. So the only thing the company did was change it back in Wyoming because it was wrong and many people are asking about it.

Andiamo Corporation is the parent company and Utopya Innovations is the subsidiary.

Anyone who thought that the two were the same Company isn’t and hasn’t paid attention.
