I'm so confused. If there are trusts that were protected when the two bankruptcies were created in 2008, wouldn't that mean anyone releasing in 2012 would not be included in future distributions since the trust became protected way before I released (500Ps)? I don't understand how everyone is going to do just fine if that's the case. I may have missed an answer to this question if already explained. I am not an expert in these matters. I'm sure hoping for 75/25 to the end to encompass ALL assets related to this company. If not, life goes on - waste of time.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for my Lehman Ps(2,000) and Js (38,000).
