Oh yes Dhonau played it smart. Urban and Dhonau were down in Ecuador stealing employees from the next mine over, Francisco Carrano's. Who sued Dhonau, Casavant and Edwards and CMKM. Casavant knew it was coming and Jay Rutherford's suit against Urban and CMKM.
More reasons Urban was happy to flee Las Vegas. Urban had provided faulty air compressors for their miners as Dhonau testified and Stockwatch published. Urban and Dhonau stole Carrano's EMCO stock certificates (so states Carrano in his suit) and reissued them (21) to themselves and Koch and Casavant family and friends. I've seen those certs, they're on CMKM website. Urban was always putting things in other people's names that didn't know it, to hide his name, so did Edwards, and it's unlikely those people really received the stock. At one time it was worth something until of course Turino etc trashed it.
EMCO turned out to be Turino's Equitable Mining listed in the DOJ second superseding indictments as One of the 9 Enterprises' companies.
