To make matters worse "The Company" seems to be a floating target due to sloppy english, as there is

SGSI before

Wavetech Before

and

SGSI after (but before they rename it Wavetech, LOLOL)

Whose on first and so on.

One thing I see is debt going away, and a 99.999999999% odds the merger happens in 7-9 days.
