I recieved this e-mail from e-trade a couple of days ago. I wanted an assurance that my shares were sent to the TA.

Harvard Learning Centers is listed under the "417446101" CUSIP number because Harvard Learning Centers is a privately held company and does not trade on a public exchange. You might have to contact Harvard Learning Centers in order to redeem your shares for cash since they are privately held.

You can see that you shares have been exchanged by highlighting the "Trading & Portfolios" tab and then by clicking on "Transaction History." The details of the merger exchange will be listed on this page.
